RE: AMENDED P.U.D. FOR DELLENBACH CHEVROLET - #22-89
(AEW NO. 1-89-02)
Dear Board Members:
In regard to comments contained in your letter dated May 18,
1989, the following action has been taken:
1. Legal Description and Land Use Data has been
enclosed on 8 1/2 x 11 sheets.
2. Proposed expansion will increase the number of
employers by 10 over a 5 year period.
3. There are no special design methods to reduce energy
consumption.
4. Noted on drawings.
5. Noted on Site Drawing.
6. Noted on Site Drawings and Landscape Drawing.
7. After discussing this matter with Planning, we will
either submit separate instruments or a replat by
June 19, 1989.
8. Noted on Landscape Drawing. Foundation Landscaping
shall be completed at the time of completion of the
showroom addition. Landscaping and sidewalk along
the east side of McClelland Street shall be
completed within a two year time period from
completion of the showroom addition.
9. No work wi l l be done along the East side of
McClelland Street until after the street light and
cable system is installed. Tree planting location
in regard to curb and cable is shown on landscape
drawing.
