RE: Landscape Plan for Dellenbach Chevrolet
I understand that there is a possibility that the amount of right of
way and the location of the sidewalk behind Dellenbach's may change
from the plan previously submitted. If it does change please send me
an updated landscaping plan as we may have additional construction
requirements.
The design for our ductline was based on a 7' attached walk and 11' of
greenbelt area. If I need to change my design I will send you a copy
of the revised electric layout and any additional construction
requirements to by paid by the developer.
