Dear Ms. Albertson -Clark:
It does not appear that the issue of the location of the irrigation
pipeline is any closer to resolution than it was at the time of my
last letter. The Applewood Homeowners' Association continues to
oppose the relocation of its irrigation ditch as proposed by Dr.
Musselwhite. It appears that litigation may be necessary to
protect our easement rights.
One issue that can be resolved is the address of the Association.
As you will note in the above heading, our post office box number
is 8292, not 8295, as reflected in your records. This would
explain why we have not received notice of past hearings in this
matter. Please notify us when any hearing on the final plans is
scheduled.
