Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, March 23, 1992*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public
hearing on proposed projects in your neighborhood. The proposed
projects are commonly known as Laurie Subdivision PUD, 2nd Filing -
Final, #44-89E and Laurie Subdivision PUD, 1st Filing - Amended
Preliminary and Final, #44-89F.
The applicant is requesting 8 single family lots on 6.46 acres, in
the 2nd Filing, as was approved on the preliminary plan by the
Planning and Zoning Board in August of 1991. The applicant is also
requesting two single family lots on 1.4 acres, in the 1st Filing.
The 1st Filing is the location of the previously approved South
Shields Veterinary Clinic and also includes the existing residence
at 5001 S. Shields.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's
input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area, based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require

*Please note that if the March 23rd meeting runs past 11:00 p.m.,
the remaining items will be continued to Monday, March 30th at 6:30
p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall West.
