RE: Written comments on Laurie PUD
There are no changes to the comments I gave you in our last meeting
on Laurie PUD. This is just a written copy of those comments for
your file. Our comments were as follows:
1) We need to assure that there will be a pre -construction meeting
on this project, so that the construction contractor understands
the City's concerns and the constraints of the project.
2) There needs to be a note on the plan which states that the areas
shown as disturbance areas include all projected disturbances,
including construction disturbances.
3) Need to have it delineated where detail 4/4 applies (plant
relocation and deadfall placement detail).
