SUBJECT: Laurie Subdivision, PUD
The Fort Collins -Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins
Sanitation District has reviewed the above mentioned vro-iect and
submits the following comments.
1. The Districts require a minimum 30' utility easement for
the combined water and sanitary sewer easement on the
south side of the property.
2. An easement, on standard District easement forms, will be
required for all facilities not located within Public
right-of-way.
3. The Districts will require another review when more
detailed plans have been prepared..
