hearing on a proposed
project in your
neighborhood. The

Laurie Subdivision
PUD - Preliminary,
Case #44-89C.
(aka, South Shields Vet
Clinic PUD, Phase
2).
The applicants are requesting 9 single family lots on 6.44 acres, located west of
South Shields Street approximately one-half mile south of Harmony Road,
zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within the area
