The proposed project is commonly known as Laurie Subdivision PUD - Preliminary, Case #44-89C. The applicant is requesting 9 single family lots on 6.44 acres, located west of South Shields Street approximately one-half mile south of Harmony Road, zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal.
