HomeMy WebLinkAboutLAURIE SUBDIVISION PUD - PRELIMINARY - 44-89C - CORRESPONDENCE - PROJECT EXTENSIONDecember 13, 1990 Dear Resident: The applicant for the Laurie Subdivision, PUD - Preliminary, Case #44-89C (located west of South Shields Street, approximately one-half mile south of Harmony Road) has requested that this project be tabled once again, tentatively for the January 28, 1991 Planning and Zoning Board meeting. There will not be any discussion of this project at the December 17 Board meeting. City requirements are that written notification regarding development applications on the Planning and Zoning Board's agenda must be sent at least seven days prior to the hearing date. Development applications maybe tabled (at the applicant's request) during the time between mailing the notice and the actual hearing date. Notices will again be sent to affected property owners when this item is scheduled for the Planning and Zoning Board's agenda. I regret any inconvenience this tabling may cause.
