On Thursday, August 31, 1989, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at the Media Center of
Johnson Elementary School*, 4101 Seneca, the staff of the Planning Department will
hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a proposed planned unit devel-
opment in your neighborhood.
The proposed project consists of a proposed veterinary clinic. The proposed site is
located at 5001 S. Shields Street. The purpose of the meeting is to present the
proposed development plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project
and receive comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The staff
would strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written
comments may be sent.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a
few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend.
