The purpose of this checklist is two -fold: (1) To itemize for the applicant all information and documents required for full and complete review; and (2) To provide a list for checking completeness of applications as they are submitted. Section 29-526 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins (Land Development Guidance System) should be referred to for a specific listing of all submittal requirements. The following information and data are required: A. Written documents (1) Application form (one copy) and filing fee ($50.00). Physiographic data (5 copies), including the following: 1. A description of soils existing on the site, accompanied by analysis as to the suitability of such soils for the intended construction and proposed landscaping. 2. A map showing all permanent and temporary streams and a sketch showing the 100-year floodplain for each period as desig- nated in the design criteria as established by the City. 3. A description of the hydrologic conditions of the site with analysis of water table fluctuation and a statement of site suit- ability for the intended construction and proposed landscaping. H. Preliminary drainage report and calculations (5 copies) and/or plan, includ- ing: 1. All watercourses on the property or which are located within 150 feet of the property must be shown. In addition, the flood - ways and/or flood fringe areas of these watercourses must be delineated. 2. All drainageways, streets, arroyos, dry gullies, wetlands, diver- sion ditches, spillways, reservoirs, etc. which may be incorporated into the storm drainage system for the property shall be designated. 3. All irrigation ditches, laterals and structures shall be shown. 4. All required on -site detention areas, including notes indi- cating the approximate area and volume of the facility. 5. All plans shall indicate the proposed outlet for the storm drainage from the property, including the name of the drainageway (where appropriate), the downstream conditions (developed, avail- able drainageways, etc.) and any downstream restrictions. -31- I.
