Boxelder Sanitation District (BSD) has reviewed the Preliminary Development Plan identified
as:
Preliminary Utility Plans for neighborhood pools and a 4,000 sq.ft. office building.
The District hereby advises as follows:
There is no objection to this proposal.

Comments:
1. Our Rules and Regulations pertaining to Prohibited Discharge Standards require
swimming pools to be a permitted use. You will need to coordinate the permit with
Kevin Schmitz our Pretreatment Technician (kevins@boxeldersanitation.org ).
2. In order to comply, you will need the plumbing drain system to include manhole and
a shut off valve on the swimming pool drain line. This will allow for monitoring of flow
and to provide a point to sample.
The District has adequate capacity to service the property referenced above. The District is
in full compliance with federal and state water quality requirements. Please feel free to
