The City Manager’s development review fee schedule under City Code 7.5-2wasupdatedtoincludefeesforErosionControlandStormwaterInspections.
AsofJanuary1st,2021,thesefeeswillbecollectedonallprojectsforsuchinspections.
The Erosion Control fees are based on; the number of lots, the total sitedisturbance, the estimated number of years the project will be active and theStormwater Inspection Fees are based
on the number of LID/WQ Features thatare designed for on this project. Based on the proposed site constructionassociated with this project we are assuming 1 lots, 1 acres of disturbance,
1yearfromdemothroughbuildoutofconstructionandanadditional1year'tilfull
vegetative stabilization due to seeding. Which results in an Erosion Control Fee estimate of $ 900.46.BasedonnoStormwaterLID/WQfeatureson thissitethere isnoLID/WQInspection fee.
