Dear Resident:
On Thursday, July 18, 1991, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference
Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins
Planning Director will hold a public hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision
request known as Quail Hollow, Fourth Filing, First Replat, #46-89E.
The applicant is requesting a replat consisting of shifting the side lot lines
between lots 40, 41, 42 and 43. No additional lots or building sites will be
created by this replat, located at the northwest corner of Blue Leaf Drive and
Yorkshire Street.
This replat request is being processed and reviewed in accordance with City
Ordinance 29-644.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
