December 18, 1989, the Planning and Zoning Board approved the Quail Hollow 7th Filing, RF Cluster Plan as a preliminary plan. This project consists of 14 single family lots and an open space tract and is located west of Overland Trail, south of Drake Road. Under current requirements, this preliminary plan is scheduled to expire on December 18, 1992. The applicant has requested two six month extensions, which may be granted by the Director of Planning. If such extensions were granted, the project approval would then be extended to December 18, 1993. Please indicate your concerns below, if any, regarding this extension request by Friday, October 30, 1992. If you have any questions, please contact me at 221.-6765.
