The platform is resting on (4) 30” piers that are embedded 16ft in the ground. The working surface is covered with grating and its service area can accommodate a second telecommunication carrier. All referenced supporting documents have been obtained from the client and are assumed to be accurate and applicable to this site. The platform was analyzed using RISA-3D Version 17.0.4 analysis software. The structure owner and/or contractor shall verify the structure’s condition after installation of proposed platform. The foundation design is based on the presumptive soil values provided in IBC 2018 Chapter 18. If actual conditions differ from those described in this report, Infinigy Engineering should be notified immediately to complete a revised evaluation. Our evaluation is completed using standard AISC, ACI, and ASCE methods and procedures. Our structural results are proprietary and should not be used by others as their own.
