HomeMy WebLinkAbout100 GRANDVIEW PUD - PRELIMINARY & FINAL - 28-89 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGt Services Planning Department June 7, 1989 Dear Residents: :1 On Thursday, June 29, 1989, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Parks Department Shop at 413 South Bryan Avenue, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a redevelopment proposed in your neighborhood. (The Park Shop building is located behind the fire station.) The project is known as the Fort Collins Housing Authority Storage and Maintenance Facility at 100 Grandview Avenue. The proposal would include the redevelopment of the old greenhouses at 100 Grandview Avenue, formerly known as Sweet Jasmine Greenhouse. Some of the greenhouses would remain and be used as indoor storage and maintenance of residential appliances. There would be no vehicle maintenance or outside storage. The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify yur neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
