I saw your response on this. However, I am not comfortable at 3-
inch ponding depth before water is released from the site - again
want to avoid bypass flows.
I am comfortable at 4-inch depth. This is simply based on judgment
and experience. (thinking about construction tolerance, debris build
up, ice and snow, etc).
Please increase this height to 4-inches
