HomeMy WebLinkAboutFORT COLLINS HOUSING AUTHORITY PUD EXPANSION - PRELIMINARY - 28-89C - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGPlanning and Environmental Aces Planning Department June 28, 1994 Dear Resident: On Thursday, July 7, at 7:00 p.m., at the Parks and Recreation Shop Facility (413 Bryan Avenue)*, staff of the Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The applicant will be in attendance to answer questions you might have. The proposal is for a single story addition to the existing Housing Authority building located at 1715 West Mountain Avenue. The proposed addition is approximately 2,660 square feet in size. The addition is proposed for the purpose of providing five additional offices, five indoor parking spaces, and a larger stock room. The addition is being proposed in conjunction with a minor remodel of the existing building. This remodel includes moving interior walls to make the existing office space more efficient and to meet ADA accessibility requirements. The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meeting is derived from official records at the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Because of the lag time between property sales and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners and residences may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending meeting so that all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
