Dear Mr. Kline:
Staff has reviewed the Fort Collins Housing Authority PUD
Expansion - Preliminary and have the following comments:
1. The building expansion results in an increase in runoff
that needs to be addressed. If there is no plan to
detain the increased runoff, a variance will be
required. Please coordinate with Glen Schlueter of the
Stormwater Utility at 221-6589.
2.. The expansion will either need to be separated from the
existing structure by one hour fire wall construction
or include fire sprinklers.
3. Please see the attached comments from Building
Inspection.
Please note the following deadlines for the September 26, 1994
Planning and Zoning Board meeting:
Plan revisions are due September 7, 1994.
P,M.T.'s, 10 prints, renderings are due September 19, 1994.
Should you have any questions regarding these comments, please
contact me.
Sincerely,
I 14 L
