Dear Mr. Kline:
Since my August 3, 1994 letter providing review comments on the
Fort Collins Housing Authority PUD Expansion, Preliminary, I have
received a few additional comments. These should be responded to
at the same time as the August 3 comments.
1. Existing gas service and meter to the building may be
inadequate to serve the expansion. If service and/or
the meter needs to be upgraded, it will be at the
developer's expense. Please coordinate with Jim Slagle
from Public Service at 225-7843.
2. Please calarify the "existing" and "new" catagories of
hedges, shrubs, trees and sod on the landscape plan.
3. Please identify what type of Elms are to be removed.
Staff would encourage that these be transplanted if
possible.
Once again, please note the following deadlines for the September
26, 1994 Planning and Zoning Board meeting:
Plan revisions are due Septmeber 7, 1994.
P.M.T.'s, 10 prints and renderings are due September 19,
1994.
