Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, June 24,
1996*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers*'t, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will
hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your neighborhood. The proposed
projects are commonly known as Symbios Logic Overall Development Plan, #5-94D,
and Symbios Logic PUD, Phase I - Preliminary, #5-94E.
The applicant is requesting an Overall Development Plan for a mixed -use development on
99.540 acres; located at the northwest corner of East Harmony Road and County Road 9;
and zoned EP, Employment Park.
The applicant is also requesting a Phase I, Preliminary consisting of a 115,000 square foot
commercial office building on 14.482 acres; located at the northwest corner of East
Harmony Road and County Road 9; zoned EP, Employment Park.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and
input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the
City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of
the area, plus others in the general area who may be interested based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require further information about this
