Our client is requesting to subdivide the lot for the property located at 4345 Corbett Drive, Fort
Collins, CO which is currently Sprouts Farmers Market.
The intention of our client is to have this parcel subdivided so they can, at some point in the
future, have the option to sell this parcel as a separate lot, while maintaining the parcel as part
of the cohesive plan of the development within the shopping center.
The property is zoned H-C, Harmony Corridor District. Public water, sewer, gas and electric serve
the property.
There are currently no plans to development and/or change anything with the property aside
from creating a standalone parcel.
