Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinances on Second Reading.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
A. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 115, 1989, Annexing Approximately 7.5
Acres Known as Interstate Associates Annexation.
B. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 116, 1989, Zoning Approximately 7.5
Acres Known as Interstate Associates Annexation, into the H-B Highway
Business District.
On August 1, Council unanimously adopted Resolution 89-141 Setting Forth
findings of Fact and Determinations Regarding the Interstate Associates
Annexation.
On August 1, Council also unanimously adopted on First Reading Ordinance
No. 115, 1989 and Ordinance No. 116, 1989, annexing and zoning
approximately 7.5 acres located east of Interstate 25 and south of Prospect
Road. The requested zoning is H-B Highway Business District.
