Dear Mr. Rutherford:
Staff has reviewed the Interstate Associates Annexation Petition and Plat,
#21-89A and has the following comments:
1. The annexation needs to include the entire right of way of Prospect Road
where the property is adjacent, or explain why the right of way is not
included.
2. The legal description of "Real Property Included in the Annexation" needs to
exclude public right of way. Page three of the Petition will need to be
signed after the legal description has been revised.
3. The H-B Highway Business zoning is appropriate, however, staff will
recommend that a planned unit development condition be attached.
4. Include a vicinity map on the plat.
5. The City Engineer's signature block should read "Approved as to Form:"
6. Submit an APO list along with a letter stating that the list is current to
within thirty days of the submittal.
7. Hearing dates have been tentatively scheduled as follows:
Resolution City Council ............................ 5/ 16/89
Planning and Zoning Board .......................... 5/22/89
1 rst Reading and Public Hearing .................... 6/20/89
2nd Reading ........................................ 7/18/89
