A 4 way stop at the new access to Steele's. This could impede customers entry or exit to either Steele's or the Good Times Drive -In due to stacking at the stop sign. 2. There is minimal parking for customers who after purchasing their food, will park and eat in their vehicle. Sources say that 20% of the customers will park and walk up and place their order. I went and observed the Good Times in Boulder. The one thing I noticed was the 8 parking spaces were not always adequate during their peak time of 11:30 to 1:30. When those spaces were full they parked in an alley. 3. If customers are to use the eight parking spaces, they are located such that after exiting the customer must turn left crossing traffic and again cross traffic to gain access to these spaces. 4. Increased congestion and disruption of traffic flow during Good Times' peak times ie. 40% of their business is done between 11:30 and 1:30. In conclusion we cannot accept this plan until these issues have been dealt with. Sincerely, DELLENBACH CHEVROLET. INC. Steve Dellenbach
