RE: FOOTHILLS PARKWAY PRELIMINARY P.U.D.
Dear Mr. Zdenek:
On October 23, 1989, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort
Collins denied the above referenced project.
The Land Development Guidance System states that:
"If the Planning and Zoning Board denies the planned unit development, any
revisions shall require the same review process required for final planned unit
development plans."
This section is interpreted to mean that a submittal for a rehearing would have
to be submitted in time for the normal seven week review process. If it is
your desire to request a variance from this submittal process, please contact, in
writing, the Director of Planning and explain your request.
If there are any further questions regarding the Board's decision or the
planning process for a denied item, please contact this office at 221-6750.
