This response letter is for the additional comments made in Section 5 of the Development Application
Complete Submittal Checklist.
1. The Drainage Memo for this submittal discusses the project intent for this grading operation. Future
development of the parcel will include drainage reports addressing requirements in the FCSCM for
PDP/FDP applications.
2. The Utility Plans show the existing and proposed grading patterns.
3. Downstream drainage capacity will be analyzed when future development occurs.
4. It is noted that future development of the parcel may require easements for downstream drainage.
