11.PORTIONS OF THIS PROPERTY ARE LOCATED IN THE CITYREGULATED, 100YEAR
CANAL IMPORTATION FLOODPLAIN/FLOODWAY AS WELL AS THE FEMA REGULATED
SPRING CREEK 100YEAR FLOODPLAIN/FLOODWAY. ANY DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE
FLOODPLAIN MUST COMPLY WITH THE SAFETY REGULATIONS OF CHAPTER 10 OF
