The developer of the Burger King at Riverside P.U.D. would respect-
fully request a continuance of the hearing scheduled for September 25,
1989 until the October 23, 1989 meeting. The access to the site and
the lane geometrics of Lemay Avenue are being further studied at the
request of the City of Fort Collins Transportation Department.
