This is to advise you that negotiations have been proceeding bet-
ween Fries Brothers and Nor -Mar Development Company regarding the
shared access to Riverside Drive. We agree in principal to the
concept of combining the three existing access points into one
and to the location of the combined drive. The concern that
needs to be addressed is the amount and type of compensation for
the purchase of land necessary to combine the access. We would
propose to complete these negotiations prior to final P.U.D.
approval and would agree to have both parties signatures to an
agreement at that time.
