Dear Mr. Shepard:
We have reviewed the Foothills Country Club Catering P.U.D., and we have
the following comments.
This P.U.D. requests the conversion of a former restaurant to a catering
business with management housing. Access to this property is provided by
a nonexclusive access easement to State Highway 287.
As long as the traffic generated by this P.U.D. does not exceed that of
the previous use by 20%, and provided that the existing access to State
Highway 287 has been used by the restaurant within the past four years,
the existing access may continue to be used without issuance of an Access
Permit.
