You have received a letter from the City Planning Department advertising the
Riverbend Stables Preliminary P.U.D. public hearing for the December 18, 1989
Planning and Zoning Board hearing. Please note that this item has been
CONTINUED TO JANUARY 22, 1990. Riverbend Stables Preliminary P.U.D. WILL
NOT be considered on December 18, 1989.
NOTICE OF NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION MEETING
On Wednesday, January 3, 1990, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Holiday Inn I-25,
3836 East Mulberry Street, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a
neighborhood information meeting to discuss Riverbend Stables Preliminary P.U.D.
The meeting will be held in the Coral II Room, which is located on the second
floor of the Holiday Inn.
The applicants
are requesting a planned
unit development to allow horse
boarding
and a riding arena
on 5.98 acres. The parcel is located south of the East
Mulberry
Street frontage
road and across the dirt
road from the Country Gardens
Nursery,
and north of the Riverbend Ponds open
space. The parcel is zoned I-L,
Limited
Industrial. If,
due to holiday travel you
are unable to attend the neighborhood
meeting, written
comments any be mailed
to the Planning Department.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a
few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend.
