On Monday, June 11, 1990, at 3:00 P.M., in the Development Services Conference
Room (281 North College Avenue - southwest corner of Maple and College)*, the
staff of the Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to
discuss a proposed planned unit development in your neighborhood. The conference
room is located just east of the Maple Street entrance.
The proposal is for an auto salvage yard on 3.6 acres, located at 1400 East Magnolia
Court and is known as the Rohrbacker PUD. This proposal has been re -submitted
for Planning and Zoning Board consideration, after being denied by the Board on
March 26, 1990. Changes proposed will be presented by the project representatives
at the neighborhood meeting.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between property sales and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a
few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend.
