Rd, behind the Walgreens shopping
center on a .42-acre parcel.. The telecom-
municatlons tower and antenna are 65'
tall resembling an evergreen tree ('me-
nopine'). Ground equipment is enclosed
by a solid wood fence with masonry col-
umns and landscape screening with ad-
ditional tree and shrub plantings on site.
Nearby natural/open space will be en-
hanced with water quality Improve-
ments. This site is in the Neighborhood
Commercial (NC) Zone District.
