The monument records you attached are what we were looking for. And yes, with the electric easement, just show more
of the 9’ utility easement on sheet 3 for the sake of clarity.

Morning John,
Following up on a couple of items related to your plat comments.
1. Please confirm the attached satisfies the request for “Monumentation Records” on the face of the plat.
2. As it relates to the onsite electrical tie comment on page 3 of 3 of the plat, please confirm this refers to it being
more clearly shown that this electrical ties into the 9’ utility easement. I include our surveyor Emily Davis on this
email to make sure we are all on the same page here.

John B. Guyton has passed away from cancer. When we started the job we used his sig. and stamp and set pins...since
the plat has not finalized I had to change it to the president of the company Edgar T. Bristow.

Also, the City is asking why there are different Flatiron surveyors setting monuments (PLS #16406 in the
legend) and signing the plat (PLS #19588 in the certification). I’m not sure this requires any change to
the plat. But a written explanation we could provide to the City on this would be helpful.
We are trying to respond to the City tomorrow. We appreciate the quick turnaround as always.
