Dear Sherry: This letter is being written in response to your request for our comment regarding the Rohrbacker P.U.D. proposal. Per our recent telephone conversation we are late in responding to this review request due to the fact that upon investigation we had noted some irregularities with sanitary sewer on the site which we are still attempting to find explanation for. We will be contacting the owner directly to resolve this issue. In regard to water service, this site is presently served by the East Larimer County Water District and the revised development as proposed has no impact.
