SITE
The proposed project is to include the change of use from art studios to living
studios as part of a co-housing concept in Old Town Fort Collins. The project is
located on the 2nd floor of 252 Linden St. Currently 3 living studios are existing
and will not be included as part of the scope of current. Approximately 6,200
sq. ft. of the second will be remodeled to include nine (9) new individual living
studios (R-2 occupancy), two (2) common restrooms with showers, one (1)
common laundry area, one (1) common kitchen and one (1) common living
room. A new wheel chair lift will be added to provide handicap accessibility as
