The project is located on the 2nd floor of 252 Linden St. Currently 3 living studios are existing and will not be included as part of the scope of current. Approximately 6,200 sq. ft. of the second will be remodeled to include nine (9) new individual living studios (R-2 occupancy), two (2) common restrooms with showers, one (1) common laundry area, one (1) common kitchen and one (1) common living room. A new wheel chair lift will be added to provide handicap accessibility as required by the current building codes.
