Harmony School Shops shopping center is defined by the City of Fort Collins Land Use Code as a Community Shopping Center. The proposed 24-Hour Fitness establishment, a proposed component of the shopping center, is defined as a Health and Membership Club. The property is zoned H-C, Harmony Corridor. This zoning permits both a Community Shopping Center and a Health and Fitness Club as permitted uses. Further, the Land Use Code does not restrict the hours of operation within a Community Shopping Center. Therefore, the proposed 24-Hour Fitness Club establishment is permitted to operate on a 24-hour basis.
