Dear Michael:
The Current Planning Department has received your request, on behalf of CFM
Realty, to delay the installation of the following until such time as Lot 9, Harmony
School Shops 4th Filing develops:
• three trees
• sod
• daylily mixed bed at the monument sign
• underground irrigation.
We ask that CFM Realty inform prospective purchasers or lessees of Lot 9 of this
outstanding obligation to complete the aforementioned landscaping and
irrigation.
