Box 1190 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522-1190 Re: NE Prospect & I-25 (Case: ANX210001, MA210006, REZ210001) Dear Brandy, Thank you for forwarding this proposal for NE Prospect & I-25 (Case: ANX210001, MA210006, REZ210001). The Town has reviewed the above application and has the following comments from Timnath Engineering: • Development within the Town of Timnath is required to detain to at least the 10-yr historic. As this site is in the City of Fort Collins, that requirement would not be applicable, and we believe Fort Collins’ criteria would control. The Timnath Master Drainage Plan utilized the Town’s criteria for its analysis. The MDP also documented that the TRIC does NOT have the capacity to accept the 10-yr historic flow. For that reason, there is no guarantee as to a discharge rate into the TRIC, and that has to be determined & agreed to by the jurisdiction and the ditch company. With that being said, we do recognize that it is in the City of Fort Collins and will work with them to coordinate regarding the above concerns. With that comment in mind, the Town would like the opportunity to be updated on this application throughout the process. Sincerely, Matthew J.
