All "For Hearing" comments need to be addressed and resolved prior to
moving forward with scheduling the Hearing.
Staff would need to be in agreement the project is ready for Hearing
approximately 3‑5 weeks prior to the hearing.
I have attached the 2021 P&Z schedule, which has key dates.

For the City Clerk's Office I will need to receive four paper copies of the signed
annexation map along with the mylars ‑ at minimum, one week prior to the
initiating resolution with City Council. These will be delivered to my attention at
the Development Review Center, 281 N College Ave.

I have attached a copy of our GIS map. The map shows "in red" the portion of
the Frontage Rd that was deeded to the owner of the adjacent parcels.
A Bargain and Sale deed from Dept of Transportation to the owners of
8715000021 & 8715000022.
We have given a portion of this vacated road to each parcel. North of the center
line went to 021 and portion south of the center line to 022.
Properties are the same owner. CW SUBTRUST (.348249) WHITE ERIC S
(.175943) ET AL
I don't think this affects your annexation but I just want to give you the current
status of the vacated frontage rd as how we have it.
