Thank you for scheduling time for us to meet with you and engineering in regards to the
referenced project on Wednesday November 27, 1996 at 2:00 p.m.
As discussed in our telephone conversation on this date, we are interested in meeting with you
prior to the conceptual meeting in December to review the process of obtaining P&Z approval
for improvements on Lot #4 of the Harmony School Shops (HSS) PUD prior to having
final approval or utility plans serving the overall HSS PUD.
We are requesting this for the following reasons:
1. This will allow us to have architectural design complete or near complete by the time
the City approves the utilities and access streets.
2. This will allow us to address the issues pointed out by City Historic Preservation
personnel during the utility and access street review and approval process.
3. This will allow us to complete or near complete the Owner/City agreements by the time
the utilities and access street are reviewed and approved by engineering.
We understand that you have scheduled this meeting with the condition that the following people
be present:
1. Cathy Hutchison, the owner of Lot #4 of the (HSS) PUD
2. Stan Whitaker with LGT Asset Management
3. A representative of RBD, the engineering company that preformed the work on the
Preliminary PUD and has been engaged to provide the final utility and access street
design.
4. The project architect, Al Hauser with Architecture One P.C.
5. Mark Young with Mark Young Construction, Inc., the construction manager for the
owner of Lot #4.

In addition to the above who will be present, Eldon Ward with Cityscape Urban Design, Inc.,
will sit in on the meeting as an agent for the owner of Lot#4. Cityscape prepared the approved
preliminary PUD.
