The applicant is requesting final approval for a 1,808 square foot convenience store with gas pumps, canopy, and one -bay automatic carwash on 1.14 acres; located at the southeast corner of Timberline Road and Milestone Drive, and zoned EP, Employment Park. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal.
