Dear Mr. Holloway and Ms. Wright:
August 26, 1997
A brief site inspection on August 26, 1997 revealed three posters attached to the wall of the
building on the west elevation. These signs are not permitted to be placed at this location and
should be removed.
Enclosed please find the approved architectural elevations for the Diamond Shamrock
Cornerstore Planned Unit Development. These elevations specifically state that wall signage is
permitted on the east elevation only. Wall signage is not permitted to face Harmony Road,
Timberline Road, and Milestone Drive.
Also, please make arrangements with your landscape contractor to replace dead vegetation during
the Fall planting season. It is possible that the dead evergreen tree along Timberline is still under
warranty.
