As of January 1st, 2021, these fees will be collected on all projects for such inspections. The Erosion Control fees are based on; the number of lots, the total site disturbance, the estimated number of years the project will be active and the Stormwater Inspection Fees are based on the number of LID/WQ Features that are designed for on this project. Based on the proposed site construction associated with this project we are assuming 1 lots, 1 acres of disturbance, 1 year from demo through build out of construction and an additional 1 year 'til full vegetative stabilization due to seeding. Which results in an Erosion Control Fee estimate of $ 900.46. Based on no Stormwater LID/WQ features on this site there is no LID/WQ Inspection fee. I have provided a copy of the spreadsheet used to arrive at these estimates for your review.Response: Noted, Thank youDepartment: Stormwater EngineeringContact: Wes Lamarque, 9704162418, wlamarque@fcgov.comTopic: GeneralComment Number: 2 02/15/2021: INFORMATION ONLY:All onsite storm sewer is to be privately owned and maintained including the storm sewer in the rightofway from the onsite inlet to the manhole in Sykes Drive.Response: Noted, Thank youComment Number: 3 02/15/2021: INFORMATION ONLY:Stormwater Utility is ready for a hearing.Response: Noted, Thank youDepartment: WaterWastewater EngineeringContact: Wes Lamarque, 9704162418, wlamarque@fcgov.comTopic: GeneralComment Number: 1 02/15/2021: No comments.Response: Noted, Thank youDepartment: Light And PowerContact: Tyler Siegmund, 9704162772, tsiegmund@fcgov.comTopic: GeneralComment Number: 1 02/17/2021: FOR INFORMATION:Light and Power has conduit stubbed at the northeast corner of the Mulberry/Sykes intersection that can be extended to the site to provide power.Response: Noted, Thank youComment Number: 2 02/17/2021: FOR INFORMATION:Electric capacity fees, development fees, building site charges and any system modification charges necessary to feed the site will apply to this development.
