The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, June 5, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Timberline Farms P.U.D. -
Diamond Shamrock Cornerstore - Preliminary, #42-89C.
The applicant is requesting 1,909 s.f. convenience store, with gas
sales and automatic carwash on 1.09 acres located at the southeast
corner of Timberline Road and Milestone Drive, zoned EP, Employment
Park.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
