Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, November 13,
1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning
to hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is
commonly known as Timberline Farms PUD - Diamond Shamrock Cornerstore - Preliminary,
#42-89C.
The applicant is requesting a 1,909 s.f. convenience store, with gas sales and automatic carwash on
1.09 acres, located at the southeast corner of Timberline Road and Milestone Drive, zoned EP,
Employment Park.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter,
as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area
based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require further
