RE: Diamond Shamrock at Timberline and Milestone Preliminary P.U.D.
Dear Rick:
On Monday, November 13, 1995, at the continued meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning
and Zoning Board, the Board voted 6 - 0 to approve Diamond Shamrock at Timberline and
Milestone Preliminary P.U.D., #42-89C, subject tothe following conditions:
The granting of this Preliminary P.U.D. does not grant an expression of layout of
the site plan elements contained within the P.U.D.
2. The consideration of the Final P.U.D. by the Planning and Zoning Board shall not
occur until such time as the Harmony School Shops Preliminary P.U.D. has been
considered by the Planning and Zoning Board.
In addition, the Board discussed and suggested that Diamond Shamrock explore adding
architectural features and or refinements to the design of the canopy. Such features could
include, but are not limited to, adding texture, brick, or other elements to minimize the
horizontal, flat, metallic character of the canopy.
