Attached is the Limits of Disturbance exhibit for the Bank of Colorado - Elizabeth development. The
construction of the project will disturb 7,575 square feet, is less than 8,000 square feet, and will meet
the exemption requirements of Section 6.1.1 of the Fort Collins Stormwater Criteria Manual.
